Although Argentina seems to have resolved some of the aftermaths of the institutional crisis of 2001, other difficulties that hinder the development of the country are still unresolved. The end of Kirchner Decade finds the country plunged into an inflationary process and without any relevant foreign investment. The recovery of foreign trade is a clear emergency for the next President. Argentina continues to have low diversified markets, an excessive primarization of its exports and its foreign policy subject to the ups and downs of its internal policy.
