2015 Ecuadorian Online Influence Grid. Online Influence Study

The Ecuadorian Online Influence Grid is a study that tries to determine the level of influence that people, organizations, companies and brands have on the Internet in Ecuador.

The study includes 3 general rankings: 50 TOP for personalities, 50 TOP for companies and brands and 50 TOP for Public Institutions. Each of them identifies the most influential ones in the online environment.

In the personalities’ ranking, the President of Ecuador, Rafael Correa continues as the most influential leader; meanwhile, in the companies and brands’ rankings, the first place is occupied by Claro Ecuador. The one referred to Public Institution is headed by the Presidency of the Republic.

The study is focused on three environments to determine the level of influence of people and organizations:  Twitter, as the main social network on the Internet, online assets, since they reflect that influence and Facebook which, however, is only used for the study of brands and companies.
