The Great Recession of 2008 together with the development of web applications created a powerful and innovative mix: the modern collaborative economy, where supply and demand of resources and services find a common space where to maximize and streamline the use of under-utilized assets.
This situation opens up new perspectives, but also presents legislative and regulatory challenges that must be attended. From LLORENTE & CUENCA we reflect on this phenomenon and offer some ideas for better a use.
