Arbitration and Reputation

Arbitration is becoming one of the best alternatives to ordinary court proceedings as a system to resolve conflicts. This mechanism does not only provide clear advantages from a legal point of view, but is also beneficial for the correct management of the reputation of both parties. The speed, technical expertise of the arbitrators and the possibility of knowing the dates and deadlines are some of the features which, unlike ordinary proceedings, greatly enhance the management of reputational risk.
If you wish to know more about the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration as an alternative mechanism to resolve conflicts and its impact on the reputation of the involved parties, please read the special report “Arbitration and Reputation”, which I have drafted together with Màrius MiróPartner of Roca Junyent-.
