From the abdication of Juan Carlos to the proclamation of Don Felipe

The Spanish constitutional system has experienced its second historical episode through the abdication of King Juan Carlos of Borbón on June 2 and the coronation of Felipe VI of Spain, his son, on June 19.

The coronation of Felipe VI has taken place in a historically adverse moment and he will need to assume a regenerative attitude, with the help of the Government, the opposition and the autonomous administrations in order to restore, in line with the regeneration of the Royal Family, the trust in Spanish institution and politics.
